Our size is one of our assets. Currently, we employ three inside sales service specialists and six outside sales engineers.
The eclectic backgrounds and interests of our sales engineers have combined to generate a solid sales team.
In-house training programs are held on a continual basis to keep our salespeople up-to-date on technical as well as business developments. Video presentations and training are held monthly; topics range from positive reinforcement to new products.
We are strategically and financially poised to add more sales people as prudent need dictates. We are committed to a controlled growth in people and products, having shown at least a 20% increase in sales over each of the past five years.
