Rendell Sales Company's staff is committed to representing our principals' products in the engineering departments of the accounts in our territory. It is our presence in the engineering departments which enables us to introduce our principals' products and keep on top of new designs. Principal support in engineering includes:

• Updating customers' engineering reference libraries
• Ordering and delivering samples for new design-ins
• Maintaining visibility in the engineering departments, thus keeping our lines in the forefront
• Following up on component testing and evaluation progress, and providing reports to the factory
• Making sure our principals receive up-to-date engineering specs and drawings
• Continual follow-up until we have established print position
